It is important to have a floor plan drawing with dimensions. We can work with rough drawings and dimensions of all wall length, width and floor to ceiling height. This is needed for proper quantity, labor and material costs. More details will provide a true estimate for your project. Your floor plan will be used to create a sketch 1/8” scale drawing and is generated as a component of the estimate. The estimate will be emailed as a PDF to you the customer. Pricing is based on your zip code or largest nearby city. Current pricing is updated monthly and is provided by local builders, lumber yards and general contractors.
