We prepare wood frame/block estimates for general contractors, homeowners, insurance companies, public adjusters and architects.
We estimate complex disaster property losses resulting from small incidents to large house fires or apartment buildings.
We develop tenant improvement estimates for private investment companies, commercial and residential.

We use a computerized estimating system that supplies line item prices based on current market standards. This provides you with a complete line item computerized estimate, which details every aspect of the project. We write estimates from blueprints or hand sketched drawing.

Each professional estimate is written with two elements: quantity survey and expense. The quantity survey is an organized list of the quantities of each type of material that goes into the structure. Quantity surveys are made from the construction plans and specifications. The estimate cost converts quantities into expense for labor, material, and equipment and adds subcontracted items, overhead, contingency to arrive at the total expense.
