Categories DescriptionThere are about 70 categories description below with line items we use to enter Information into your home plans construction and remodeling estimates with pricing. All estimates are detailed with line items and include pricing for labor and material. Construction estimates are designed for a home-owner, contractor, builder, remodeler or sub-contractor. The estimate provides the cost of each line item and a material report for all parts of a home construction interior and exterior.
All of our categories below are available for each of our estimates written for your home plans; please have a specification list with your set of plans for any additional rooms that would be constructed different than any other rooms. All plan drawings with specifications and custom home plan estimates would be no additional cost to complete the estimate.
All estimated plans are written in PDF and completed would be sent to the customer by email. If there were additional information or changes related to code or other upgrades, after the estimate has been sent out and additional changes are required, there could be additional pricing to the original estimate.
If the customer would need additional update pricing for the original estimate with no changes, then there would be no charge to complete this. This is after the original estimate was priced but didnt start the project.
