Home Cost Residential Estimates

We provide a detailed residential home cost estimate of labor, material and other components for all phases of building, remodeling and renovation. Know the price of each project before you get started. We are an estimate outsource provider for any size project nationwide.

It is for Contractors, Homeowners, Developers, Architects, Engineers Property Managers, Residential and Commercial Contractors engaging in interior and whole house renovations, exterior additions, new house plans, and disaster reconstruction.

Our estimates (see below part of bath sample) are for large and small projects of any size. All information included in the estimate is based on the details provided by the customer for each room or project. We write your estimate from blueprints or hand sketched drawings. We include a cover sheet, line item detail, (See Estimate Sample) summary, recap by room, and recap by category, sketch drawings and a complete material list. Pricing is updated quarterly. Please provide us with Contact information and any questions for a new and upcoming project.

It is important to have(See Diagramming) a floor plan drawing with length, width and floor to ceiling dimensions plus door and window locations, wall offsets and closets for all rooms. This is needed for proper quantity, labor and material. More details will provide a true estimate for your project. Your detailed blueprint or scaled floor plan will be used to create a sketch drawing and is generated as a component of the estimate. Give us a call on your next project. Each professional estimate is written with Xactware software.

Each professional estimate is written with software consisting of two elements: quantity survey and expense. The quantity survey is an organized list of the quantities of each type of material that goes into the structure. Quantity surveys are made from the construction plans and specifications. The estimate cost converts quantities into expense for labor, material, and equipment and adds subcontracted items, overhead, contingency, and profit to arrive at the total expense.

See cost pricing.
